What SitShape is, and is not.

Free, and no account. Nothing is stored on your device. Your design lives in the address bar; your requests live behind a link only you hold.

You stay anonymous until you decide otherwise. Sellers see your shape, your country, your postcode and your note. They see your name and email only when you share them, and only the seller you share them with.

Sellers are not verified by SitShape. They are businesses who pay to be listed and have a working payment method. That is all we know about them. Before paying a deposit, check the business yourself — its website, its address, its reviews elsewhere — and pay by credit card so you have somewhere to turn in a dispute.

The sale is between you and the seller. Price, delivery, warranty, returns and disputes are theirs to settle with you. SitShape cannot refund, cancel or enforce anything about a sofa, because it was never part of the transaction.

Nobody pays for position. Sellers are shown in order of fit — who delivers to you, how fast, and how reliably they answer — never by what they pay us.

Your data. Requests and messages are deleted ninety days after they go quiet. You can delete everything yourself, at once, from your requests page.

You are buying a listing, not leads. A plan puts your business in front of buyers who design a sofa in the area you choose. How many of them there are, and how many choose to talk to you, is not guaranteed and varies by area and season.

Plans and prices. Local $79/month or $790/year; Regional $179/month or $1,790/year; National $349/month or $3,490/year. Profile is free. Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We may change prices with thirty days' notice by email; a change never applies inside a period you have already paid for.

Nothing until your first buyer. A paid plan starts with a free period that ends the day a buyer in your area sends you a request or shares their contact details, or after 90 days — whichever comes first. Your card is then charged for the period you chose, and renews until you cancel.

Cancel any time. From the Plan tab, through Stripe. Your listing stays up to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. There are no refunds for part of a period.

Be who you say you are. Your name, business type, website, phone number and delivery area must be true. A listing that misrepresents a business, or that is used to harvest contact details rather than to sell sofas, is removed without refund.

Buyers' details are theirs. A name and email a buyer shares with you are for that conversation. Do not add them to a mailing list or pass them on.

The sale is yours. You quote, contract, take payment, deliver and stand behind the sofa. SitShape takes no commission and accepts no liability for any sale.

Your catalogue. Shapes you publish are drawn by SitShape from the module lists you enter and may be shown to buyers anywhere on the site. You keep every right to your designs; you grant SitShape the right to draw and display them while you are listed.

SitShape is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, change, or stop. Our liability to you is limited to whatever you paid us in the previous twelve months, which for a buyer is nothing.
